Commends the Edison Academy ColdConquerors team members Allison Frazier, Michelle Vawter, and Mark David Wright for winning first place in the 2009 National eCYBERMISSION Competition.

Recognizes the eCYBERMISSION as a free, web-based science, math, and technology competition sponsored by the United States Army for students in grades six through nine.

Honors the team's advisor Gail Vawter and team mentor Michael Vawter for their roles in the students' success.

Directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to the Edison Academy ColdConquerors.
