Creates the Ohio Beekeepers Task Force within the Department of Agriculture consisting of 16 members including state legislators, agency officials, university representatives, and representatives from beekeeping and agricultural organizations.

Requires task force members to be appointed within 60 days of the effective date and the first meeting to occur within 90 days.

Task force members receive no compensation; the Governor selects a chairperson and vice-chairperson from among the members.

Requires the task force to submit a comprehensive report within 10 months addressing the honeybee crisis in Ohio, pollinator shortages, existing action plans and programs, five-year restoration goals, and available funding for honeybee initiatives.

Task force must respond to questions about the report within 90 days and ceases to exist after responding to all questions received from report recipients.
