OH SB129

Removes the exemption for students whose primary purpose is educational training, including graduate assistants, residents, interns, and part-time student employees working less than 50% of normal year hours, making them eligible for collective bargaining rights under Ohio's Public Employees' Collective Bargaining Law.

Renumbers subsequent exemptions in the definition of "public employee" to account for the deletion of the student employee exemption.

Applies the change to sections 4117.01 and 4117.03 of the Revised Code governing public employee collective bargaining rights.

Maintains all other existing exemptions from collective bargaining, including elected officials, management-level employees, supervisors, confidential employees, and seasonal/casual workers.
