• Mandates manufacturers compensate dealers for unsold inventory, parts, equipment, signage, and facilities assistance upon involuntary franchise termination under specified conditions

• Expands prohibited franchisor conduct to include restrictions on vehicle allocation, facility requirements, capital structure changes, location changes, and performance standards that are not fair and reasonable

• Strengthens dealer protections regarding warranty claims approval timelines (45 days), payment timelines (30 days), and prohibits chargebacks more than 12 months after submission except for fraud
