Amends Ohio Revised Code section 2929.24 to grant courts continuing jurisdiction over misdemeanor jail sentences after they are imposed.

Allows courts to modify jail sentences for misdemeanor offenders at any time, except that mandatory jail terms cannot be reduced.

Maintains existing jail term limits: first degree misdemeanor (180 days), second degree (90 days), third degree (60 days), and fourth degree (30 days).

Preserves all existing provisions regarding intermittent confinement, county jail industry programs, reimbursement sanctions, and enhanced penalties for DUI and sexual conduct offenses.
