Creates the "Ohio Nature Preserves" license plate available for passenger cars, noncommercial motor vehicles, recreational vehicles, and other registrar-approved vehicle classes.

Establishes the Ohio Nature Preserves Fund in the state treasury to receive contributions from applicants obtaining the special license plates.

Requires a contribution of up to $40 per application and renewal, plus regular license fees and a $10 bureau administrative fee, with contributions deposited into the Ohio Nature Preserves Fund.

Designates the Department of Natural Resources to use fund money for nature preserve education, clean-up projects, and maintenance, protection, and restoration activities.

Allows the application for Ohio Nature Preserves plates to be combined with requests for special reserved license plates under existing law.
