Amends section 3715.021 of the Revised Code to exclude wine manufacturers from regulation as food processing establishments under the Pure Food and Drug Law.

Adds "a manufacturer of wine as defined in section 4301.01 of the Revised Code" to the list of entities exempted from food processing establishment regulations.

Wine manufacturers will no longer be subject to state standards and good manufacturing practices for food processing establishments that the Director of Agriculture establishes.

Maintains existing exemptions for cottage food operations, maple syrup processors meeting sourcing requirements, sorghum processors meeting sourcing requirements, and beekeepers meeting sourcing requirements.
