Allows school districts and schools to require dyslexia training as part of their regular in-service training programs for teachers.

Defines "dyslexia" as a neurological learning disorder characterized by difficulties with word recognition, spelling, and decoding abilities resulting from phonological language deficits.

Defines "dyslexia specialist" as a person trained and certified in multisensory structured language programs.
