Limits parole board members (except victim representatives) to a maximum of two six-year terms, whether consecutive or non-consecutive.

Members appointed before this amendment's effective date continue in office but cannot be reappointed for terms longer than six years total, including prior service.

Maintains separate four-year term limits for the one victim representative board member, who can be reappointed without limit.

Changes appointment procedures so the parole board chairperson is appointed directly by the department director rather than by the board itself.

Applies term limits to all future parole board member appointments except the designated victim representative position.
