Urges the U.S. Congress to enact House Resolution 3303, the Wage Theft Prevention Act

Amends the Portal-to-Portal Act of 1947 to toll the statute of limitations for wage theft lawsuits under the Fair Labor Standards Act, Walsh-Healey Act, and Bacon-Davis Act from when the Secretary of Labor notifies an employer of an investigation until the investigation concludes

Cites a Government Accountability Office investigation finding that the Department of Labor's Wage and Hour Division had ineffective complaint processes, recorded only successful resolutions, and delayed investigations by months or years

Identifies wage theft as disproportionately affecting low-wage workers who can least afford lost pay, particularly during economic downturns

Directs the Ohio Senate Clerk to transmit copies of this resolution to the President, Congress, Ohio's Congressional delegation, the Secretary of Labor, and Ohio news media
