Proposes amending Section 6 of Article IV of the Ohio Constitution to raise the mandatory retirement age for judges from 70 to 75 years old.

Eliminates the authority of the General Assembly to establish courts of conciliation and to reappoint a Supreme Court commission by repealing Sections 19 and 22 of Article IV.

Requires submission of the proposal to Ohio voters at the general election on November 2, 2010, and takes effect January 1, 2011, if approved by a majority of voters.

Allows voluntarily retired judges or those retired under this section to be assigned to active duty with their consent, receiving per diem compensation in addition to retirement benefits.

Includes gender-neutral language substitutions throughout Section 6 that are not intended to make substantive changes to the Constitution's meaning.
