Pickerington Central High School marching band selected to perform at the 2009 Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade and 2010 Tournament of Roses Parade, making them only the second group to march in both events in one school year.

Band members demonstrated exceptional musical ability, remarkable confidence, and tremendous discipline under the direction of Mike Sewell, earning recognition as one of the finest high school bands in Ohio.

Ohio Senate applauds the band's exemplary achievements and extends best wishes for the future.

Clerk of the Senate directed to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to Pickerington Central High School marching band.
