Permits Ohio Hi-Y Youth in Government to use the Ohio Senate Chambers for its 2010 model legislature event on April 15-17, 2010, contingent upon facility availability.

Recognizes Ohio Hi-Y Youth in Government as a beneficial educational organization that provides students with opportunities to understand government structure and the legislative process.

Authorizes the use of actual state legislative facilities to give students an accurate depiction of how state government and legislation function.

Directs the Clerk of the Senate to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to Ohio Hi-Y Youth in Government.

Adopted by the Ohio Senate on January 12, 2010, with support from 23 senators.
