Commends Francis B. Doyle for exceptional service to the community, including his role as 2010 president of The Shamrock Club of Columbus and membership on the Financial Oversight and Budget Committee.

Recognizes The Shamrock Club of Columbus as a not-for-profit social organization founded April 21, 1936, dedicated to promoting Irish heritage and culture while honoring St. Patrick.

Acknowledges the club's community contributions including organizing Columbus' annual St. Patrick's Day Parade and celebration, as well as sponsoring indoor and outdoor concerts, picnics, golf outings, and corn roasts.

Directs the Clerk of the Senate to transmit authenticated copies of the resolution to Francis B. Doyle and The Shamrock Club of Columbus.
