Honors Meghan Marth, a Sycamore High School senior, for being named a top youth volunteer for Ohio in the 2010 Prudential Spirit of Community Awards program.

Recognizes her founding of the United for Upper Nile Institute for Appropriate Technology Club, which raised money to pay school expenses for 120 children in Northern Uganda.

Commends Marth for demonstrating extraordinary commitment to improving quality of life in her community through initiative, devotion, and hard work.

Directs the Clerk of the Senate to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to Meghan Marth.
