Authorizes the National Forensic League to use the Ohio Senate Chambers on March 28, 2009, for its annual Student Congress competition mock legislative debate.

Permits participants to experience state legislative rules and procedures firsthand within the actual Senate chamber setting to enhance understanding of the democratic process.

Use of facilities is contingent upon availability of the Ohio Senate Chambers on the specified date.

Directs the Clerk of the Senate to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to the National Forensic League.

Resolution was adopted by the Ohio Senate on March 18, 2009, from the 128th General Assembly.
