Acknowledges Turner's accomplishments as a source of pride reflecting positively on his family, teammates, coaches, school, and hometown.

States that athletic competition contributes to the total education of young people and notes that the maturity and experience gained through basketball will aid Turner in meeting future challenges.

Directs the Senate Clerk to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to Evan Turner.
