Commends the State Employment Relations Board on its Twenty-fifth Anniversary on April 1, 2009

Recognizes SERB's establishment in 1984 to administer the Ohio Public Employees' Collective Bargaining Act and its role in resolving and preventing workplace disputes in the public sector

Acknowledges SERB's contributions to enhancing quality of life in Ohio and earning respect from public sector employers, employees, and their representatives

Directs the Clerk of the Senate to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to the State Employment Relations Board
