Richard Harknett received a 2010 Faculty Innovator Award from the Ohio Board of Regents for integrating digital content into his courses, including the Lenses of Analysis Web-based tool.

Harknett serves as an associate professor of political science at the University of Cincinnati and is recognized for excellence in the classroom and dedication to the university.

The Ohio Senate commends Harknett for fulfilling his responsibilities with competence, efficiency, integrity, and enthusiasm, and for inspiring colleagues through his commitment to education.

The Senate directs the Clerk of the Senate to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to Richard Harknett.
