Recognizes Petrick's career including service as a researcher at the St. Paul Police Department, political science instructor at SUNY-Stony Brook, education finance analyst for the Legislative Budget Office, and budget director for the Ohio Board of Regents.

Acknowledges Petrick's demonstrated dedication to public service, leadership, and commitment to improving quality of life in Ohio.

Directs the Clerk of the Senate to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to Richard L. Petrick.
