Commends the members of the Thirteenth Annual All-Ohio Academic Team for outstanding academic achievement and recognizes them as fine Ohioans.

All-Ohio Academic Team program is sponsored by the Ohio Association of Community Colleges, Phi Theta Kappa, Honda of America Manufacturing, Inc., the KnowledgeWorks Foundation, and the Robert and Lynne Haehnlen-Sprague Scholarship Fund.

Provides scholarship opportunities and statewide recognition to outstanding two-year college students who demonstrate self-discipline, perseverance, leadership, and commitment to excellence.

Directs the Clerk of the Senate to transmit authenticated copies of the resolution to sponsoring organizations and Ohio news media.
