Tinora High School boys basketball team finished as runner-up in the 2009 Division III State Tournament with a season record of 23-4, the best in school history.

Team won the Green Meadows Conference Championship and demonstrated exceptional talent, competitive spirit, and good sportsmanship.

Coach Rob Mahnke provided guidance and inspiration that helped develop players' talents and instilled values of determination, perseverance, and camaraderie.

Ohio Senate commends the players and coach as exemplary athletes and citizens who gained valuable maturity and experience through athletic competition.

Clerk of the Senate directed to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to Tinora High School boys basketball team.
