Amends Ohio Revised Code to allow Teach for America participants to qualify for resident educator licenses by holding a bachelor's degree, maintaining at least a 2.5 cumulative undergraduate GPA, passing a subject area examination, and completing Teach for America's summer training institute.

Establishes new section 3319.227 setting forth specific qualifications for Teach for America participants to obtain resident educator licenses in any grade level or subject area available under existing law.

Credits Teach for America participants who have completed at least two years of teaching in another state as having completed two years of Ohio's teacher residency program, reducing their residency requirement.

Requires Teach for America to enter into agreements with Ohio accredited four-year public or private institutions of higher education to offer optional master's degree programs or equivalent coursework for participating teachers, with completion not mandated for licensure.

Modifies the resident educator license requirements in section 3319.22 to explicitly include Teach for America participants as an alternative pathway to the standard accredited teacher preparation program requirement.
