Authorizes A-1 permit holders (beer manufacturers) to sell beer manufactured on premises by the individual drink for on-premises consumption, in addition to existing bottle/container sales.

Creates new D-8 permit category for agency stores allowing sale of spirituous liquor tasting samples by trade marketing professionals, brokers, or solicitors under specific conditions including 5-day advance notice and limits of one-quarter ounce per sample and four samples per person per day.

Establishes new F-9 permit for nonprofit park operators in specific counties (population between 1.1-1.2 million) to sell beer and intoxicating liquor by individual drink at specific events, valid for up to nine months and non-transferable.

Modifies A-3a distillery permit provisions by removing county population cap restriction, allowing multiple permits per county, and authorizing tasting samples of spirituous liquor (up to four per person per day, not exceeding one-quarter ounce).

Adds definitions and registration requirements for "trade marketing companies" and "trade marketing professionals" to section 4301.10 and permits multiple registrations of trade marketing professionals with different companies.
