Authorizes emergency medical technicians-paramedics to administer influenza immunizations to firefighters (full-time paid, part-time paid, or volunteer) and other EMTs or paramedics with approval from their emergency medical service organization's medical director or cooperating physician advisory board

Requires each emergency medical service organization to establish written protocols and training standards that paramedics must follow when administering influenza immunizations

Mandates that paramedics report each influenza immunization administered within 30 days by either notifying the local board of health where the recipient resides or submitting information to the state immunization registry maintained by the department of health
