Eliminates personal liability for probate judges for the default, malfeasance, or nonfeasance of appointees, removing prior language that limited liability to amounts exceeding bond coverage.

Eliminates personal liability for juvenile judges for the default, misfeasance, or nonfeasance of any employee, regardless of whether a bond has been required.

Modifies Section 2101.11 of the Revised Code governing probate court operations and appointees.

Modifies Section 2151.13 of the Revised Code governing juvenile court operations and employees, updating gender-specific language to neutral terms.

Repeals existing versions of Sections 2101.11 and 2151.13 of the Revised Code.
