Increases penalties for robbery occurring in or near a pharmacy: violations involving deadly weapons or physical harm become first-degree felonies (instead of second-degree), and violations involving force become second-degree felonies (instead of third-degree).

Increases penalties for burglary occurring in or near a pharmacy: trespassing with intent to commit a crime with another person present becomes a first-degree felony (instead of second-degree), and trespassing with intent to commit a crime becomes a second-degree felony (instead of third-degree).

Increases penalties for breaking and entering occurring in or near a pharmacy from a fifth-degree felony to a fourth-degree felony.

Defines "pharmacy" as any portion of a place of business under supervision of a licensed pharmacist where drugs are compounded or dispensed.

Applies the enhanced penalties only when the offense occurs "in or in the immediate vicinity of" a pharmacy location.
