Amends sections 5.04 and 5.10 of the Revised Code to add a representation of the Wright Brothers' first piloted airplane to Ohio's Coat of Arms and Great Seal.

The airplane representation shall be positioned above and to the left of the sun on the Coat of Arms, which currently depicts a sheaf of wheat, seventeen arrows, Mount Logan, a rising sun, the Scioto River, and cultivated fields.

The updated Coat of Arms design applies to all official seals including the Great Seal of the State of Ohio and seals of courts, state officials, and state institutions.

Existing supplies and materials bearing the previous state seal shall be exhausted before purchasing new materials with the updated seal design; state property with the old seal shall be replaced through ordinary course of business without special replacement requirements.
