Names include tributes to Army, Navy, Marine Corps, and Air Force personnel with ranks from Private First Class to Chief Warrant Officer, plus police and sheriff's personnel

Amends existing Section 5533.774 to designate State Route 104 as the "Tuskegee Airmen Memorial Highway" and Interstate 75 as the "Tuskegee Airmen Memorial Trail" running through nine counties from Michigan to Kentucky border

Designates the interchange of State Route 15 and State Route 37 in Hancock County as the "Patrolman David L. Sterner Memorial Interchange"

Authorizes the Director of Transportation to erect suitable markers along each designated highway and at the interchange indicating their memorial names
