Director of Development shall establish a youth summer jobs pledging initiative to increase summer employment access for high school and college youth in Ohio.

Department of Development must identify and compile employment pledges by February 28 each year for the following summer and post them in a searchable online database on its public website.

Department shall publicize the summer employment opportunity database in a manner targeting high school and college youth and include an anonymous survey asking "What do you dream about doing with your first paycheck?"

Department shall compile survey responses into an annual report and submit it by December 31 each year to the President and Minority Leader of the Senate and the Speaker and Minority Leader of the House of Representatives.

Director of Development shall track program costs separately and request reimbursement from the Director of Job and Family Services using available Workforce Investment Act of 1998 funds reserved for youth statewide activities.
