Enacts section 3345.35 of the Revised Code to authorize annual stipends for student athletes at public and private nonprofit colleges and universities in Ohio.

Division I institutions may award stipends up to $8,000 annually per student athlete.

Division II institutions may award stipends up to $6,000 annually per student athlete.

All other institutions may award stipends up to $4,000 annually per student athlete.

Student athletes may receive additional stipends totaling no more than $4,000 annually from sources other than their enrolled institution, and no athletic organizations or conferences may adopt rules conflicting with these provisions.
