Amends section 755.181 of the Revised Code to clarify procedures for joint recreation districts created under section 755.14

Establishes that when a joint recreation district is reduced to one remaining subdivision, the district ceases to exist and all remaining funds, credits, and property are assumed by that subdivision

Requires the county auditor to divide funds, moneys, taxes in collection, credits, and real and personal property among withdrawing and remaining subdivisions based on tax duplicate valuations

Mandates that county commissioners continue levying and collecting taxes within the original joint recreation district territory for payment of any remaining indebtedness after dissolution

Clarifies that board members representing a withdrawing subdivision are deemed to have resigned upon certification of withdrawal
