Director of Job and Family Services shall annually report the names of the 50 employers with the most employees receiving or whose income was counted for Children's Health Insurance Program, Medicaid, Ohio Works First, or Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program.

Reports must include the number of such employees at each employer and the total state cost for providing benefits to those employees, specified separately by employer.

Reports are public records but shall not include any identifying information about individual employees.

Copies of reports shall be provided to all members of the General Assembly, Director of Development, Director of Budget and Management, and members of the Tax Credit Authority for consideration when awarding contracts, subsidies, or incentives to employers.

Director of Job and Family Services shall make reports available on a searchable internet website within one year of the effective date, including information about how the reports impacted decisions on contracts, awards, subsidies, and incentives.
