Prohibits sale of baby bottles, pacifiers, and drinking glasses or cups intended for children under five years old that contain bisphenol-A (BPA), with violations subject to fines starting at $5,000 for first offense and increasing 50% for each subsequent offense.

Requires county departments of job and family services to provide pregnant public assistance recipients (Medicaid, Ohio Works First, etc.) with publications about fetal exposure to BPA as early in pregnancy as possible.

Requires WIC clinics to provide pregnant WIC recipients with publications about fetal exposure to BPA as early in pregnancy as possible.

Directs the Department of Health to create and make available on its website standardized publications containing information about possible health effects and hazards of fetal BPA exposure in formats suitable for printing and downloading.

Encourages health care providers including doctors, nurses, midwives, social workers, psychologists, and prenatal clinics to distribute BPA publications to pregnant patients or clients early in pregnancy.
