Enacts section 4905.912 of the Revised Code to require operators and pipeline companies to disclose manufacturing country information for oil country tubular goods steel products.

Defines "pipeline company" as any company engaged in the business of transporting gas by pipeline.

Requires each operator and pipeline company to file a disclosure with the Public Utilities Commission specifying the country where each oil country tubular goods steel product was manufactured for use in gas exploration, gathering, and hazardous liquids operations.

Authorizes the Public Utilities Commission to prescribe a disclosure form and requires consultation with natural gas, oil, and steel industries when developing the form.

Limits reporting requirement to oil country tubular goods products initially used after the effective date of the section, with the commission determining the filing deadline.
