Allows active duty military personnel on leave or furlough to hunt deer or wild turkey without obtaining a deer or wild turkey permit.

Military personnel on leave or furlough may hunt deer, wild turkey, fish, wild birds, wild quadrupeds, and trap fur-bearing animals without obtaining licenses or permits, provided they carry military identification.

Removes the previous requirement that active duty military personnel obtain a deer or wild turkey permit under section 1533.11 of the Revised Code.

Active duty military personnel stationed in Ohio remain eligible to obtain resident hunting and fishing licenses regardless of state residency status.

Maintains all other hunting, fishing, and trapping law requirements for military personnel, including prohibitions on violating state wildlife regulations.
