Governor must appear before the House of Representatives 10 times per year for 45-minute question time sessions where members ask questions.

Speaker of the House sets the date and time for each question time, which must occur during a House session with a quorum present.

Majority and minority parties each receive minimum of 5 questions, with leaders submitting lists of questioning members to the Speaker prior to each session.

Speaker alternates questions between parties, with the minority party asking the first question and making reasonable effort to allot equal time to each party.

No questions may be asked after the 45th minute of question time; parties may decline to ask questions and are not required to disclose their questions in advance.
