Governor authorized to convey 4.705 acres of state-owned property in Madison Township, Richland County to the Mansfield Reformatory Preservation Society through deed executed by the Governor and countersigned by Secretary of State.

Consideration for the conveyance consists of two parcels totaling approximately 3.902 acres that the Mansfield Reformatory Preservation Society will convey to the state (1.865 acres and 2.037 acres respectively).

Grantee must use the property exclusively for historic preservation purposes including parking lot, public tours, and incidental uses; property reverts to state if grantee ceases these uses.

Grantee must not interfere with quiet enjoyment of neighboring state-owned land and must pay all costs associated with the transaction including surveying, title work, appraisals, environmental assessments, and recording fees.

Section expires two years after effective date.
