Amends section 3737.99 of the Revised Code to revise penalties for violations of the Ohio Fire Code

Increases fines for violations of section 3737.51 (division A) involving nonresidential buildings from standard first-degree misdemeanor penalties to a mandatory fine of not less than $5,000 nor more than $10,000

Maintains existing penalty structures for other fire code violations, including misdemeanor classifications for sections 3737.61 through 3737.66 and felony penalties for section 3737.882 violations

Applies the enhanced penalties specifically to nonresidential buildings as defined in section 3781.06 of the Revised Code
