Creates "Honor Our Fallen" license plates with a $15 contribution per registration and $10 administrative fee, with proceeds going to the Greater Cleveland Peace Officers Memorial Society to honor law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty.

Designates 27 memorial highways and bridges across Ohio honoring deceased military service members and law enforcement officers, including interstates, U.S. routes, and state routes in counties throughout the state.

Authorizes the Director of Transportation to erect suitable markers along designated memorial highways and bridges indicating their names.

Amends the license plate contribution fund statute to include the new "Honor Our Fallen" license plate program and its $15 contribution amount.

Modifies existing memorial highway designation on Interstate 77 to correct mile marker locations from 116-118 to 113.5-118.5.
