Amends section 309.09 of the Revised Code to clarify that county prosecuting attorneys serve as legal advisers to all tax-supported public libraries in the county.

Expands the prosecuting attorney's duty to prosecute and defend suits and actions involving tax-supported public libraries, similar to existing duties for other county offices and boards.

Establishes that no other counsel may be employed by tax-supported public libraries at county expense, except as provided in section 305.14 of the Revised Code.

Makes conforming language changes to replace "which" with "that" and adjusts phrasing to explicitly include tax-supported public libraries throughout the statute.
