Designates the Honor and Remember Flag as Ohio's official emblem commemorating service and sacrifice by United States Armed Forces members who died in the line of duty.

The Honor and Remember Flag features a red field representing brave servicepersons, a blue star symbolizing active military service, a white border for purity of sacrifice, and a gold star signifying the ultimate sacrifice of fallen warriors.

Recognizes the flag as a unifying symbol honoring an estimated 1.6 million fallen servicepersons throughout U.S. history and their families and communities.

Directs the House Clerk to transmit copies of the resolution to the Ohio Department of Veterans Services, the U.S. House and Senate leadership, Ohio's Congressional delegation, and Ohio news media.
