Approves the Public Health Council's proposed revision of Chapter 3701-36 of the Ohio Administrative Code, filed September 2, 2011

Revises standards for boards of health and local health departments including disease and injury protection, health monitoring, environmental safety, healthy lifestyle promotion, and personal health services

Amends rules 3701-36-01 through 3701-36-04 and rescinds rules 3701-36-05 through 3701-36-09

Establishes procedures for payment of state subsidy funds to health departments based on the level of standards met

Requires concurrent resolution approval before the revised rules can take effect, as mandated by section 3701.342 of the Revised Code
