Recognizes the contributions of pregnancy resource centers that serve women facing unplanned pregnancies across Ohio and the United States.

Notes that more than 2,500 pregnancy resource centers provide free services including pregnancy tests, counseling, ultrasounds, childbirth classes, adoption referrals, and abstinence education.

Commends tens of thousands of volunteers and paid staff working at pregnancy resource centers and encourages federal and state funding for medical equipment and abstinence education programs.

Disapproves of actions by any groups attempting to prevent pregnancy resource centers from serving individuals facing unplanned pregnancies.

Directs the House Clerk to transmit copies of the resolution to the President, Congress, Ohio's Congressional delegation, the Governor, and pregnancy resource centers in Ohio.
