Highlights that African American and Latina women are disproportionately affected by HIV/AIDS and that women have greater biological vulnerability to HIV transmission through heterosexual contact.

Calls on individuals, elected officials, and community-based organizations to take action to address the impact of HIV/AIDS on women and girls.
