Designates March 1, 2011, as Peace Corps Day in Ohio to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Peace Corps' establishment by President John F. Kennedy on March 1, 1961

Recognizes the Peace Corps' contributions to promoting peace and friendship globally through programs in education, health, business, technology, environment, agriculture, and youth development in over 130 countries

Acknowledges that more than 8,000 Peace Corps volunteers are currently serving in 77 countries and have collectively acquired technical and leadership skills while fostering cross-cultural understanding between Americans and people worldwide

Directs the House Clerk to transmit authenticated copies of the resolution to the Peace Corps and Ohio news media
