Designates March 2011 as Brain Injury Awareness Month in the State of Ohio.

Identifies traumatic brain injury (TBI) as caused by external physical force or medical conditions such as strokes, aneurysms, and brain tumors, resulting in cognitive, physical, behavioral, and emotional impairments.

Cites statistics that 1.5 million people sustain traumatic brain injuries annually, 5.3 million Americans currently live with TBI-related disabilities, and over 50,000 die yearly from TBI.

Encourages public education on TBI prevention and treatment, including safety practices such as wearing bike helmets and fastening seat belts.

Directs the House Clerk to transmit copies of the resolution to the Brain Injury Association of Ohio and Ohio news media.
