Dustin Kilgore, a junior at Kent State University, won the 2011 NCAA Championship Wrestling Tournament in the 197-pound weight class.

Kilgore became the first Mid-American Conference wrestler to win an NCAA wrestling championship and finished the season with a 38-2 record.

Kilgore set Kent State University records for career and single season wins and was named the 2011 MAC Wrestler of the Year.

The Ohio House of Representatives applauds Kilgore's accomplishments, leadership, and commitment to excellence both in athletic competition and in his community.

The Clerk of the House of Representatives shall transmit an authenticated copy of this resolution to Dustin Kilgore.
