The Ohio House of Representatives extends condolences to the family and friends of Dale LeRoy Locker on his death.

Dale Locker served 12 years in the Ohio House of Representatives, three years as state director of agriculture, and held positions as mayor and president of the Village Council of Anna.

Locker was active in education, community service, and professional organizations including the Area Agency on Aging, National Board of Community Colleges, and National Music Association.

He is survived by his wife LaDonna, six children (LaDonna, Randy, Alan, Eric, Aaron, and the late Dale), 15 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.

The Clerk of the House will transmit an authenticated copy of this resolution to the Locker family.
