Recognizes February 4, 2011, as Give Kids a Smile Day in Ohio through a House Resolution.

Notes that approximately four million Ohioans lack dental insurance coverage, with children from low-income, minority, and Appalachian households facing particular barriers to dental care access.

Acknowledges the ninth consecutive year of the Ohio Dental Association and American Dental Association sponsoring Give Kids a Smile Day to provide free dental education and services to needy children.

Recognizes dental organizations, colleges, societies, and private practices providing millions of dollars in free educational activities and oral health care to thousands of children statewide.

Directs the House Clerk to transmit copies of the resolution to the American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association, and Ohio news media.
